This appeal challenges the order dated 05.04.2021
passed by the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi in A.B.A.
No.1281/2021.
Apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.46 of
2019 registered at Police Station–Lower Bazar, District–
Ranchi for the offence punishable under Sections 420/406
of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short “IPC”), the
appellant preferred an application before the High Court
seeking anticipatory bail.
