1. This PIL petition has been filed seeking issuance direction for

removal of encroachment on the face of order dated 17.02.2025

whereby Tehsildar, Tehsil Bhandarej, District Dausa has already

issued a direction for removal of encroachment with the police

help.

2. Present is not a case of inaction as the authorities have

already passed an order only on 17.02.2025 and filing of petition

on 25.02.2025 is frivolous and uncalled for.

3. Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
