01. This Court vide order dated 23.12.2024 has restrained the respondent No.1
from filing charge-sheet in the impugned FIR No. 20/2024 dated
07.11.2023 registered with Police Station, Anti Corruption Bureau, Central
for offences under Sections 7, 13(1)(a), 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption
Act, 1988 and 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC.
02. By virtue of the aforesaid order, the Investigating Officer has been allowed
to proceed with the investigation; however, the respondent No.1 had been
restrained from filing charge sheet.
03. The Investigating Officer (I.O), namely, Ajit Singh who is present in
person seeks six weeks further time to conclude the investigation.
04. In light of the submissions made by the I.O, time is extended by six weeks
to conclude the investigation in the impugned FIR, which is subject matter
of the instant petition. I.O is also directed to remain present on the next
date of hearing along with Case Diary.

05. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 is also directed to file
fresh status report in this regard.
06. List this matter on 28.05.2025.
07. Meanwhile, interim direction to continue till next date of hearing before the
Bench.
