This application for bail under Section 483 of BNSS (439
Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in
connection with F.I.R. No.34/2025 registered at Police Station
Shakhargarh, District Bhilwara for offences under Sections 115(2),
126(2), 324(4), 110 and 3(5) of the BNS.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public
Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant. Perused the
material available on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
allegations against the petitioner are false and politically
motivated. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is
not involved in the said incident. Learned counsel submits that the
Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.06.2025,
summoned the status report/case diary and an interim was

granted in this case. It is further submitted that as per the has
status report the allegations against the present petitioner is just
of slap. Learned counsel further placed on record relevant para of
