1. The petitioner has moved this petition under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India to direct the respondents to make correction

in date of birth of the petitioner mentioned in the column of result

card i.e. 17.07.2002 instead of 17.07.2001.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file

a fresh petition.

3. Learned counsel for the Respondents has no objection to this

proposition put forth by the counsel for the petitioner.

4. Prayer is allowed.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
