1. It is contended that upon compromise arrived at between the

parties, the learned court below vide order dated 12.12.2024

verified the compromise between the parties for the offences

under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 477-A and 120-B of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the parties have placed reliance on a

decision of Supreme Court in case of Gian Singh V/s. State of

Punjab Anr. [(2012) 10 SCC 303].

3. In view of compromise arrived at between the parties as well

as the aforesaid order dated 12.12.2024 of the learned court

below and applying the ratio in decision of Gian Singh (supra), I

deem it just and proper to invoke inherent powers of this Court

under Section 528 BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C.).

5. Accordingly, the present criminal misc. petition is allowed

and the FIR No.229/2015 registered at Police Station Kotwali,

District Sri Ganganagar and all consequential proceedings for

offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 477-A and 120-B of

IPC, against the petitioner is hereby quashed.

6. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
