The applicants initially joined as Junior Basic
Teachers. Subsequent thereto, they were appointed as Head

dated 24.07.2010, passed in CWP No.1122 of 2010, titled
Narinder Singh Chauhan Vs. State of HP & Ors. In view of
the law laid down therein, impugned order dated 20.04.2022
(Annexure P-5) and letter dated 25.06.2024 (Annexure P-6), are
stayed during the pendency of the present petition. Application
