1. Through the medium of present petition, the petitioner has challenged
FIR No. 276/2021 dated 08.12.2021 for offences under Section 307,
498-A and 201 IPC registered with Police Station, Satwari, as also the
challan emanating therefrom, which is stated to be pending before the
3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the
pendency of the case, a compromise has been arrived at between the
petitioner and respondent No. 2 i.e. the complainant, who happens to
be wife of the petitioner. Copy of the compromise deed has been
placed on record.
