1. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners
seeking a direction to enter the name of the petitioners in
Revenue record as per direction given by this court in SBCWP No.
1878/1982 [Ishwar & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.] decided
on 30.03.1993.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that this
Court has subsequently also directed the authority to pass
appropriate orders in respect of conferment of right of entries in
the Revenue record and as such counsel refers order passed by
[2025:RJ-JP:24146] (3 of 4) [CW-9026/2025]
this Court in SBCWP No. 2801/2007 [Sadhu Ram & Ors. Vs. State
of Rajasthan & Ors.] decided on 05.08.2008.
