Heard Mr. Ansul, learned Senior Counsel for the
appellants and the State.
2. The present appeal has been preferred under
section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes
(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 for setting aside the order
dated 03.07.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge |
-cum- Special Judge (SC/ST), Supaul in RB (SC/ST)-47 of 2024
in connection with SC/ST Case No. 54 of 2024 arising out of
Marauna P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 instituted for offence under
sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 504, 506
of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v),
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4695 of 2024(3) dt.20-01-2025

3(2)(va) of the SC.ST Act lodged on 16.05.2024 by the
informant.
3. Call for the case diary and supervision note, if any,
in connection with aforementioned case from the court of
learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special
Judge(SC/ST), Supaul.
4. Issue notice to the Respondent no. 2 through both
processes i.e. ordinary as well as registered cover with A/D for
which requisites etc. must be filed within a period of two weeks
failing which the application shall stand rejected without further
reference to the Bench.
5. List this case after eight weeks on 17.03.2025.
