1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner preferred a petition under Section

482 of the Cr.P.C. for fair investigation pursuant to

the FIR No.285 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024. The said

High Court has given liberty to the petitioner to take

appropriate action before the Magistrate concerned in

accordance with law.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

we do not deem it necessary to interfere in the matter

and the present petition is dismissed with liberty as

granted by the High Court. In case, the petitioner is

not satisfied, he may move to the Magistrate concerned

in accordance with Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C.

4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand

disposed of.
