Heard on I.A.No.1/2025, an application for grant of stay.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner was reinstated in service vide order dated
15.05.2025, however, his said reinstatement order has been
cancelled by order dated 22.05.2025 (Annexure P-1), which is
contrary to law.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the submission
made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel
for the parties, purely as an interim measure, it is directed that
the order of suspension dated 22.05.2025 shall remain stayed
till the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to file Return
within four weeks and thereafter, the petitioner may file rejoinder
within one week.

List this case in week commencing 7th July, 2025.
I.A.No.2/2025 for urgent hearing and I.A.No.03/2025 for
hearing the case during Summer Vacation stand disposed of.
