1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public

Prosecutor and gone through the material made available to this

court.

2. No case is made out for grant of bail to the petitioner at this

stage. Accordingly, the instant criminal miscellaneous bail

application is dismissed.

3. The petitioner shall be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail

after recording of the statement of the Investigating Officer. The

learned trial court shall record the statement of the Investigating

Officer on preferential basis.
