1. Present petitions are filed under Section 528 of BNSS

seeking directions for fair, impartial, and effective investigation in

FIR No.686/2024 dated 27.11.2024 registered at Police Station

Pragpura, District Kotputli, Behror for the offences under Sections

189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 329(3), 333, 352, 351(2), 303(2) of BNS

and offence under Sections 3(1) (S), 3(1) (R), 3(2)(VA) of

Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,

1989.

2. Having heard the counsel representing the petitioners,

considering the facts of the case and taking note of the ratio

encapsulated in Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh

[(2008) 2 SCC 409], this Court deems it fit to direct concerned

Superintendent of Police to give audience to the petitioners on

21.07.2025 at 11:00 A.M. in his office and consider the

representation so filed by the petitioners/ grievances raised by the

petitioners, strictly in accordance with the law.

3. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
