This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order
dated 15.05.2019 passed by the learned First Civil Judge, Class-I, Hanuman,
District Rewa whereby the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC was
rejected.
There is no stay proceedings appears to have been concluded and
therefore, with passage of time, the petition is rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of as having been
rendered infructuous.
