1. The present petition, filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration
and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks interim relief notwithstanding that
the arbitration proceedings have been pending before the arbitrator
since 28th February, 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner is
directed to obtain instructions in this regard and report the same on
the next date of hearing.
