CRL.M.A. 20981/2025 (condonation of delay in filing)
1. The present application has been filed under Section 21(5) of the
National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, seeking condonation of delay of 59
days in filing the present appeal.
2. In view of the contentions raised in the application and reasons stated
therein, the present application is allowed and the delay of 59 days in filing
the present appeal is condoned.
3. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.

4. The present application has been filed under Section 21(5) of the
National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, seeking condonation of delay of 65
days in re-filing the present appeal.

7. This is a fresh appeal under Section 21 of the National Investigation
Agency Act, 2008, assailing the Judgment and Order dated 07.12.2024 passed
by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-03, Patiala House Courts, New
Delhi in Registered Case No.38/2018, for offences under Section 121A, 121,
120B and 122 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 17, 18, 18B, 20, 21,
38, 39 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, and under Sections 25,
26, 29 of Arms Act, 1959, wherein, the bail application of the Appellant has
been dismissed.
8. Issue notice.
9. The learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the
respondents accepts notice and seeks time to file a status report.
10. Let the status report be filed, before the next date of hearing, with an
advance copy to the opposite side.
11. The Nominal Roll of the appellant be also called, from the concerned
Jail Superintendent, before the next date of hearing.
12. The Trial Court Record, in digital form, be requisitioned before the
next date of hearing.
