SLP (Crl.) No.1882/2025 1 of 2 2. The petitioner was arrested on 07.10.2023 in connection with FIR No.485/2023, dated 07.10.2023 registered at P.S. Mangawan, District Rewa, Madhya Pradesh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 8,21,22,25 and 25A of NDPS Act, 1985 and
Section 5/13 of M.P. Drugs(Control) Act.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, and
perused the material placed on record, we are of the
considered view that the petitioner has made out case
for interference with the impugned order dated 15-01-
2025.
4. Considering the totality of circumstances and also
the fact that the petitioner is in custody since
07.10.2023, we are inclined to grant bail to the
petitioner on such terms and conditions as may be fixed
by the Trial Court. Ordered accordingly.
5. To comply with the order, the petitioner shall be
produced before the Trial Court forthwith.
6. The special leave petition is, accordingly,
disposed of.
7. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
