1. In the instant petition, the petitioner herein has challenged the order
dated 04.02.2025 passed by respondent No. 03, whereby the
petitioner, who was working as Casual Labourer, has been dis-
engaged.
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned
order has been passed without any rhyme or reason, that too, at the
back of the petitioner without providing him any opportunity of being
heard.

4. Mr. Alla ud din Ganai, learned AAG appearing vice Mr. Mohsin
Qadri, learned senior AAG accepts notice on behalf of the
respondents. He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file
objections.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish copy of the
writ petition to learned counsel for the respondents within week’s
time.
