1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rao Narendra Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record.
2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 BNSS has been filed by the applicant with the following main reliefs:
“To pass an order thereby quashing the impugned summoning order dated 06.03.2023 (Annexure No. 1) passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate, Purwa, Unnao in Criminal Case No. 134/2023 (State versus Ramu), concerning Case Crime No. 445 of 2022, under Section 174-A IPC, Police Station Maurawan, District Unnao, and
II. To pass an order thereby quashing the impugned charge sheet dated 14.10.2022 (Annexure No. 2) as well as entire and consequential proceedings of Criminal Case No. 134/2023 (State versus Ramu), concerning Case Crime No. 445 of 2022 under Section 174-A IPC, Police Station Maurawan, District Unnao.”
