1. By way of present revision petition filed under Section 25-B (8) of the
Delhi Rent Control Act 1958 (hereinafter, referred to as ‘DRC Act’), the
petitioners seek to assail judgment dated 14.03.2016 passed by the Court of
Additional Rent Controller (Central), Delhi in eviction petition No.
792/14/04, whereby the eviction petition filed by the petitioners concerning
property No. 2239, Naya Mohalla, Gall Qasim Jan, Delhi was dismissed.
