The session was held on 23rd of August, 2024, at the Second Campus of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences from 3pm-4pm. The program was coordinated by our esteemed Prof. Sampa Karmakar Singh. The session began with an inspiring opening speech delivered by Deeksha Pandey.

Following the opening speech, Sister Tanushree delivered a compelling motivational talk. She shared personal anecdotes and practical strategies for building and sustaining inner strength. Key themes included the power of positive thinking, the importance of self-care, the power to tolerate and not react to everything, power to accommodate and techniques for managing stress. The talk resonated deeply with the attendees, who found the insights both practical and inspiring.

This was followed by a guided meditation session, led by Sister Sushmita, it provided a serene and introspective experience along with peaceful background music. The audience was guided through a series of relaxation techniques designed to center their thoughts and connect with their inner selves. The meditation focused on visualization and deep breathing, aiming to enhance emotional stability and inner peace.

The session concluded with the traditional Rakhi tying ceremony. This ritual fostered a sense of community and solidarity among attendees. Following the Rakhi tying, Prasad was distributed, adding a spiritual and celebratory dimension to the event. The distribution of Prasad was met with enthusiasm and contributed to the overall positive atmosphere of the session. The pictures of the session was clicked by Quilin Talukdar.

The Sisters were felicitated and tied Rakhi to the Vice Chancellor of our esteemed institution, Prof. Nirmal Kanti Chakrabarti.

The combination of motivational speaking, guided meditation, and traditional rituals created a holistic experience that addressed both mental and emotional well-being. Overall, the session achieved its goal of enhancing inner strength and fostering a supportive community.
