We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. We find that learned counsel for the respondents has not
fully prepared on facts especially in view of the law laid down
in “Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. vs. Shashi Sharma &
Ors.” [2016 (9) SCC 627].
3. Accordingly, the matter be listed on 13.08.2025.
4. On that day, learned counsel for the petitioner is also
required to file a fresh chart in tune with the judgments in
“National Insurance Company Ltd. vs. Pranay Sethi & Ors.” [2017
(16) SCC 680] as also, “Sarla Verma & Ors. vs. Delhi Transport
Corporation & Anr.” [2009 (6) SCC 121], with regard to the
heads under which according to her the claim would be
maintainable and also the heads on which it will not be
maintainable.
