Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, from the
Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kannauj, Uttar
Pradesh, to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Faridabad, Haryana.

one has entered appearance on his behalf. Though the
