Both sides are duly represented.

It appears that the issue raised in this writ petition relates to extra judicial
killing of two persons and injury caused to several others.

In order to effectively proceed with the hearing, the Court is inclined to
call for the case diaries of Maibang P.S. Case No. 06/2018 under Section
325/302/34 of IPC and Maibang P.S. Case No. 02/2018 under Section
120(B)/143/144/145/147/148/332//333/353/435/307/188/34 IPC r/w Section
3/4 of PDPP Act.

Mr. D. Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate prays for his granted
two weeks time to obtain the same.

The learned Senior Government Advocate shall download a copy of this
order and forward it to the competent authority to enable them to requisition
