Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that the
controversy involved herein is no more res integra and stands
resolved by a coordinate Bench order of this Court dated
25.08.2021 passed in the case of Raghunath Ram versus State
of Rajasthan & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition No.10141/2021
which was upheld by a Division Bench of this Court while
dismissing the D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 135/2022
preferred thereagainst vide its order dated 03.03.2022. They,
therefore, pray that this writ petition may also be disposed of in
similar terms.
Ordered accordingly.
