The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Panki P.S.
Case No. 25 of 2022 (S.T. Case No.90 of 2024), for the offences registered
under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 302 of the I.P.C. and charge
has been framed under Sections 323/34, 324/34, 326/34, 302/34 of the
I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI,
Palamau at Daltonganj.
