04. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with G.R Case No.194 of 2023 pending in
the Court of learned Nyaya Adhikari, Grama Nyayalaya,
Brahmagiri, arising out Brahmagiri P.S. Case No.172 of
2023 for commission of offences punishable under
Sections 417/493/294/506/507 IPC read with Section
67 of the I.T Act.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that even
if the entire prosecution case is accepted at its face
value, no case is made out against the Petitioner.
Hence, he may be protected by pre-arrest bail.
