Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter is

pending before the learned trial Court i.e. Special Court (NIA cases) Jammu

and he submits that he would feel satisfied if direction is issued to the learned

trial Court to conduct the proceedings expeditiously to which learned counsel

for the respondent has no objection.

In light of the statement made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, the instant petit ion is disposed of with a request to the learned trial

Court i.e. Special Court (NIA cases) Jammu to conduct the proceedings

expeditiously in RC No. 29 and 30/2018/NIA/DLI titled ‘State Vs. Mohd. Iqbal

The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
