1. The petitioner seeks enlargement on bail in FIR bearing C.R.
No.I-7 of 2018, registered under Sections 143, 147, 149, 302, 403,
and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sections 37(1) and
135 of the Gujarat Police Act, 1951.

2. It seems that the petitioner is involved in about 14 criminal
cases, including four cases under Section 302 of IPC. It is alleged
that the subject-offence in which the petitioner seeks bail was
committed while he was on bail in the previous criminal cases. On
this premise, an allegation of misuse of concession of bail was
made against the petitioner, who is also alleged to have committed
offences under the Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organised Crime
Act, 2015.
