This writ petition is filed primarily seeking re-valuation of the
petitioner’s Backlog Paper of Semester VII of B.Tech. (Branch
Mechanical Engineering) of the examination conducted in the year
2017.
Undisputedly, the petitioner has already cleared that backlog
paper by appearing in the subsequent examination.
In view thereof, nothing survives for consideration of this
Court in the writ petition and it is dismissed accordingly.
