Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case
No. 92/2024 arising out of Piparwar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023, for the
offences registered under Sections 341, 384, 385, 386, 435, 427, 504, 506,
34 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act,
pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra.

3. On 23.09.2023, unknown persons came to the crusher of the
informant and demanded rangdari. To enforce the demand, they set ablaze
the vehicle of the informant parked there.

4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R.
nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the name of
the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was finally
submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this
Court as well as a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

5. Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer
for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got
criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the
petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to
be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees
Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra in connection
with S.T. Case No. 92/2024 arising out of Piparwar P.S. Case No. 46 of
2023.
