Order No.
02. 1. Since all the ABLAPLs relate to the same FIR,
they are heard together on the consent of the parties
and are being disposed of by this common order.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with G.R. Case No.608 of 2023 pending
on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar, arising out
of Ghatgaon P.S. Case No.121 of 2023 for
commission of offences punishable under Sections
147/148/332/353/307/294/506/427/395/149 of IPC
read with Section 25 of Arms Act.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits
that injuries suffered are simple in nature. Hence, the
Petitioners may be released on pre-arrest bail.
5. Learned counsel for the State on verification
while not disputing the nature of the injury opposes
the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

6. Taking into account the nature of allegation
and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs
that on surrendering within three weeks hence and
moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on
bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as
deemed just and proper subject to verification of
criminal antecedent of similar nature.
7. If it comes to the fore that the Petitioners
have any such criminal antecedent, this order shall
not be given effect to.
8. Before releasing the learned Court shall verify
as to whether order of this Court has been assailed
before the Apex Court and if so, the result thereof.
9. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall
cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
10. Accordingly, the ABLAPLs stand disposed of.
11. U.C.C. as per rules.
