The Police Sub-Inspector of Hebbala Police
Station submitted charge sheet against accused for
the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of NDPS
Act.
2. Prosecution Case: On 02-09-2021 at 4
p.m. in front of Captain Kavin Kumar Park,
Anandnagar within the limits of Hebbala Police
Station, the accused was in illegal possession of 600
grams of Ganja for purpose of sale to general public
thereby committed the alleged offence.
3. First Information Report: On the receipt of
credible information, CW1 Sri Jogannavar, along with
CW5 to CW7 raided the accused, conducted seizure
formalities as per Ex.P1 and produced accused and
seized property before CW9 and submitted report as
per Ex.P2.
