1) Petitioners i.e., the husband (Petitioner No.1); sister-in-law
(Petitioner No.2); mother-in-law (Petitioner No.3) and aunt of Petitioner
No.1 (Petitioner No.4) have filed present Petition under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India for quashing of C.R. No. 457 dated 6 th September,
2024, registered with Dadar Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 323,
420, 498-A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, with the consent of
Respondent No.2, the informant.
2) Ms.Mishra, learned Advocate appears on behalf of Respondent
No.2 and undertakes to file her Vakaltnama on or before tomorrow.
3) Ms. Mishra, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2
submitted that, Petitioners and Respondent No.2 have amicably settled their
inter se disputes and differences and have filed Consent Terms dated 13 th
June, 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate First Class (5th Court), Dadar,
Mumbai in C.C. No. 85/DV/2024. She tendered across the bar Affidavit of
Respondent No.2 dated 26th June, 2025, duly affirmed before a Notary
