1. The petitioners have filed the petition under Section 446 of

the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Order XXXIX

Rule 1 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 before this Court seeking

transfer of case bearing D.V. Act No. 9644 of 2024 titled as

“Lalita vs. Sakshi Khanna & Ors.” pending before the Court of

Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hisar, Haryana to the Court of

ACJ(Junior Division) Court No.3/JM, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into

consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow

the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing D.V.

Act No. 9644 of 2024 titled as “Lalita vs. Sakshi Khanna & Ors.”

pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hisar,
