Instant criminal revision petition under Section 397/401

Cr.P.C. (438/442 of BNSS) has been filed by the petitioner against

the judgment dated 12.06.2025, passed by learned Additional

Session Judge, Sirohi in Cr. Appeal No.65/2024 (CIS No.27/2024),

by which the appellate court dismissed the appeal of the petitioner

and upheld the judgment dated 14.09.2023, passed by the

learned Judicial Magistrate, Revdar, District Sirohi in Regular Cr.

Case No.234/2013 whereby the learned trial court acquitted the

accused-respondent No.1 from the offences under Sections 420,

120-B IPC by giving benefit of doubt.

Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner-complainant

filed a complaint before the concerned Court against the accused-

respondent No.1 and two other persons for offence under Sections

420, 120B IPC. The said complaint was sent under Section 156(3)

[2025:RJ-JD:32397] (2 of 5) [CRLR-918/2025]

Cr.P.C. to the concerned Police Station. Upon which, the Police

registered an FIR and started investigation.
