1. I.A. No.172464 of 2025 has been jointly filed by the
parties seeking appropriate directions under Article 142
of the Constitution of India for dissolving their
marriage as per the terms of the Settlement Agreement
dated 09.07.2025, a copy whereof is filed as Annexure-A1
(Page No.14 of the application)
2. Learned counsel have identified their respective
parties, who have appeared [Petitioner-Salvinder Yadav
(via video conferencing) and Respondent-Savikesh Yadav
(Physically present before this Court)]. The parties have
submitted that all the disputes and differences between
them have been amicably resolved; they have decided to
part ways on certain terms and conditions; and in view of
the same necessary orders may be passed in accordance
therewith.
3. As agreed between the parties, the respondent-husband
has paid entire amount to the petitioner-wife as per the

4. It is further agreed between the parties that as per

paragraph no.3 of the Settlement Agreement, the cases
mentioned therein, as described below, shall stand
closed:
“i) Respondent Husband has filed divorce
petition HMA No. 325 /2023 before the
Principal Judge Family Court at Narnaul,
Haryana, the next date of hearing is
17.07.2025.
(ii) Petitioner/Wife got lodged an FIR
0064/2024 U/s 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506,
34 Dated 10.01.2024 in the Police Station
Saki Naka, Andheri Mumbai and the same
has been converted as Criminal Case No.
PW/6602150/2024 titled State Vs Savikesh
Pravin Yadav & Ors, which is pending at
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
66th Court, Andheri Mumbai and the next
date of hearing is 08.08.2025.
(iii) The Petitioner/wife has also filed
a Complaint under Domestic Violence Act
vide case No. DV/6600200/24 titled
Salvinder Manjit Singh Vs Savikesh Yadav
which is pending before Judicial
Magistrate 1st Class, 66th Court, Andheri-
Mumbai. The next date of hearing in the
aforementioned case is 25.07.2025”
5. In terms of the Settlement Agreement, all claims
stand settled.
6. In view of the above, the following directions are
issued:
i) The marriage solemnized on 09.07.2022 between
the petitioner-wife and the respondent-husband is
hereby dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual
consent;
ii) All the legal proceedings pending inter se the
parties, as indicated above, shall stand closed;
iii) Decree be drawn up accordingly;

iv) It goes without saying that both the parties
shall continue to abide by the terms of the
Settlement Agreement without any exception;
v) Registry is directed to forward a copy of this
order to the foras/courts concerned for passing
formal orders closing the cases; and
vi) The Settlement Agreement dated 09.07.2025 shall
form part and parcel of this order.
7. We record our appreciation for the reasonable stand
taken by the parties, as well as the cooperation extended
by their respective counsel.
8. In view of the above facts, I.A. No.172464 of 2025
and the Transfer Petition are allowed.
9. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
of.
