About the Competition
‘SAMAHAR’ is the first-ever Mediation and Negotiation Competition focusing on matrimonial and family law disputes organized by Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, National Law University, Delhi and Neev – Foundation for Legal Aid.
Reflecting our commitment to promoting amicable dispute resolution in a sensitive domain, the event will simulate real-world mediation experiences, offering law students a platform to hone their negotiation, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
Law students from BCI-recognized institutions.
A Team shall comprise of Three (03) students acting as Mediator, Client and Counsel. All participants in a team should be from the same university. Cross University Participation is NOT allowed.
Awards
Cash prizes totaling ₹1,00,000 + Internship opportunities.
