1. For the reasons stated in the application, the same
stands allowed.
2. Accordingly, the interim order dated 01.08.2025 is
modified to the extent that instead of;
“In the meantime, the operation of the
order passed by the High Court shall remain
stayed.”
It shall now be read as
“In the meantime, the proceedings
before the Trial Court being RCC No.
89/2025 arising out of the Crl.M.A. No.
3065/2021 shall remain stayed.”
3. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
