The present appeal has been preferred against the order dated 09-12-
2024 passed by the Court of Special Judge, Designated NIA Court for
Shopian and Kulgam, whereby the bail application of the
appellant/applicant in Bail Application No.44/2024, has been rejected and
as such, seeking bail in FIR No.266/2020 under Section 13, 16, 17, 18,
18(B), 20, 23 & 39 UAP Act, 7/25 Arms Act of Police Station Qazigund.

Before proceeding to consider the merits of the appeal, we deem it
appropriate to ascertain the present status of the trial before the learned
Trial Court and accordingly, the Registrar Judicial was asked to enquire
telephonically the status of trial of case.

In pursuance thereto, the Registrar Judicial conveyed that statement
of all the prosecution witnesses has been examined and recorded under
Section 313 of Cr.PC and the matter is fixed for final arguments tomorrow
i.e., 06-03-2025.

In view of the above, we dispose of this appeal by requesting the
learned Trial Court to consider and decide the matter finally at an earliest.

Disposed of.
