Petitioner is the husband. He is in custody since 23.11.2024 in
connection with Muchipara Police Station Case No. 122 of 2024
dated 13.09.2024 under Sections 85/316(2)/3(5)/109 of
Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

2. It appears from the injury report that the wife namely Archana
Dhar, received simple injury on her person.

3. Investigation is at advance stage. Further detention seems not
necessary.

4. Considering the period of detention, we allow the prayer for
bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner namely, Sandip Dhar, shall be
released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/-
(Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of like amount, one
of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Calcutta subject to the
condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating
Officer once in a week, until further order.

6. In the event the petitioner fails to do so without any justifiable
cause, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to pass necessary
order in accordance with law without any further reference to
this Court.

7. The application for bail, being CRM (DB) 4413 of 2024, is
accordingly disposed of.
