Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners
submits as follows.
2. The petitioners were not named in the FIR. A similarly
circumstanced accused was granted anticipatory bail by a
Division Bench of this Court on March 27, 2025 passed in CRM
(A) 1025 of 2025.
3. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State
opposes the prayer for bail. He refers to the statements of
witnesses and the injury report.
4. In view of the materials contained in the case diary, the
order passed by a Division Bench of this Court granting
anticipatory bail to a similarly circumstanced individual and

considering the fact that charge-sheet is submitted, I am
inclined to allow the present application for anticipatory bail.
5. Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest, the
petitioners viz., Sandip Mondal, Dibas Das, Babu Lal Gayen,
Kishlay Bar, Subrata Das & Indrajit Giri be released on bail
upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like
amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also
subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of
the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioners
shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence
in any manner whatsoever.
6. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 1164
of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.
