1. The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (earlier Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 19732) seeks quashing of FIR No. 105/2021 under Sections 354,
354(D), 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 18603, registered at P.S. Fatehpur
Beri and all proceedings emanating therefrom.
2. Briefly, the case of the Prosecution is that a complaint was filed by
Respondent No. 2, alleging that the Petitioner, her neighbour and a local
leader, subjected her to physical and mental harassment. The Complainant
