1. The delay of 911 days in filing
the present petition is condoned in
the facts and circumstances of the
case. Accordingly, I.A. No.
44234/2025 is allowed.
2. Heard learned counsel for the
parties.
3. The petitioner is in jail in
connection with FIR No.171 of 2018
under Sections 302, 307, 324, 323,
143, 147, 148, 149, 504 of the IPC and
Section 135 of the Gujarat Police
Act(GP Act) registered at Police
Station Athwalines, Surat City,
Gujarat. The charges sheet after
investigation, was filed in the year
2019 but the charges have been framed
only recently in January, 2025.
