learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with
Govindpur P.S. Case No.48 of 2024, for the alleged offences
registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379,
504, 506 of IPC, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate,
1st Class, Jamshedpur.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general
and omnibus allegations against six persons of assault and there is no
injury and the petitioner happens to be student of Vivek Vidyalay in
the city of Jamshedpur.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits
that there are allegations of assault.
5. Considering that there are allegations of assault against six
persons and the petitioner is said to be student and there is no injury
report and petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent as

disclosed in Paragraph No.10 of the petition, I am inclined to grant
anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. The petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the
learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order
and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail
on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with
two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned
Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with
Govindpur P.S. Case No.48 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid
down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
2023.
7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and
disposed of.
