1. Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A. for the State.

2. Heard counsel for the applicant and Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned AGA for the State. Perused the material on record.

3. The applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 25.6.2025 by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The order is quoted herein below;-

“Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, namely, Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, in Complaint Case No.- 195 of 2024, under Sections- 419,420,467,468,471,275,120-B IPC, sections 8/22 N.D.P.S. Act and section 18C,18A(1),27(B)(2),27(D) of Drugs and Cosmetic Act Police Station- Kamla Nagar, District- Agra.
