2. Petitioners have sought quashing of FIR No. 16/2014 of PS Gokalpuri
for the offence under Section 420/467/468/471/506/120B/34 IPC. Learned
APP for State and learned counsel for private respondents accept notice.
3. At the outset, learned APP for State submits that the alleged offence
involved sale of Gram Sabha land between the petitioners and the private
respondents. It is not clear to either side as to who is in possession of the
subject land. Learned counsel for petitioners is directed to file an affidavit of
petitioners disclosing as to who is in possession of the subject land.
