1. The petitioner seeks enlargement on regular bail in FIR

NO.266/2022 dated 26.05.2022 registered at Police Station Dudu,

District Jaipur Rural under Sections 498A, 406 and 323 of the

Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, the “IPC”), wherein

chargesheet was eventually filed under Sections 498A, 304B, 306,

149, 315, 316 and 406 of IPC. The Sessions Trial Case No.26/2022

arising from the above-stated FIR is now pending before the

Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Dudu, District Jaipur Rural.

2. The occurrence took place on 25.05.2022 which led to the

unnatural death of three sisters, who were married to three sons

of the petitioner. Two of the deceased women were 8-9 months

pregnant at the time of occurrence. Not only the three sisters

died, two children were also thrown in the well. Unfortunate

occurrence, thus, took away the lives of three women, two

children and two unborn children. The subject FIR was registered

against the husband and other family members of the deceased

inter alia alleging that the deceased were subjected to insult,

intolerable torture and mental agony for various reasons,

including demand of dowry. The petitioner-mother-in-law was

arrested on 04.06.2022 and is in custody since then.
