01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
records.
3. This is an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been
filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the Cognizance order
dt. 07.04.2025 passed in G.R. Case No.233 of 2023 arising out of
Pattamundai P.S. Case No.135 of 2023 pending before the learned
J.M.F.C., Pattamundai, for alleged commission of offences under
Sections 294/323/325/307/506/34 of I.P.C.
